Find your natural posture – You need to make sure that you have proper posture when you are at your desk. Your feet should be on the floor in front of you, your hands are in your lap and your shoulders should be relaxed as you lean back a bit.
Keyboard and mouse placement – These should be positioned in a way that keeps your elbows to your side. Your arms should also be at or below 90 degrees. This prevents muscle strain especially during long working hours.
Screen position – Your screen shouldn’t be too far or too near. In order to find the perfect distance, sit back and extend your arm. The tips of your middle finger should land on your screen.
